Meditation Monday: Be still

God Gold of the day

Hello to one and all!!! Hope y’all are having an awesome day and prayers go out to all who may in some way have been affected by the ongoing virus getting around. In this tough time with much uncertainty and fear that surrounds it, prayer is what we have to stand strong in and not just the act of prayer but who the prayer is directed to…..God! So whatever you’re going through during these difficult circumstances, just know that God hasn’t changed, He is just as powerful and in control as yesterday. He still loves you and is there for you no matter what happens!

Today’s meditation comes with nothing but two very specific pieces of Scripture for you to spend your day thinking about, praying over, and studying to find out what these verses mean, what God is saying and teaching here, also what can be applied to your lives. I’m just going to leave these here for you today and I pray they can be of some encouragement to you! This week we are going to really dig into these verses and see what gold God has in store for us but for now, just meditate on these truths!

“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”’

Psalm 46:10

But Jesus often withdrew to the wilderness for prayer.’

Luke 5:16

24 year old dude with not a clue what he's doing but God's grace continues to amaze me! Current Seminary student, avid adventure seeker, and getting married to the most humble, weird, and beautiful girl on the planet! Wasted a lot of years living what I thought was the "good life", then Christ showed me what living really is. I pray that my story can somehow help in whatever way possible, to give encouragement and hope that Christ can do the same with you.
