Mid-Week Mining (I declare war) pt.2

God Gold of the day

Just like I promised, here’s “I Declare War” part 2 from Pastor Levi Lusko!!!! I know last weeks Mid-Week Mining was awesome after hearing part 1, and if you haven’t heard part 1, I encourage you to go give it a listen! This is some powerful truths from God’s Word that has strengthened myself and many others like crazy so I really don’t want you to miss out on how God will use this in your life! I’m extremely thankful for my buddy Craig sending me this sermon last week! Man, it’s such a big blessing to have friends that reach out and encourage you like that with truth that’s moving their lives forward! I am thankful to be that friend to you today and my hope is to supply you through this message and many messages to come with as many resources as possible so that you will be prepared, battle ready warriors in whatever life throws your way! Hope this strengthens your faith today and moves you closer to the Lord than ever before! Enjoy!

Also below is the notes from this sermon so you can follow along and use them anyway that helps you! I got them from  https://www.life.church. If you haven’t heard of Life Church or from Pastor Craig Groeschel, I highly recommend you checking them out because you will be blessed by what God is doing through them there!

You’re sons of Light, daughters of Day. We live under wide open skies and
know where we stand.
6 So let’s not sleepwalk through life like those others.
Let’s keep our eyes open and be smart. 7 People sleep at night and get
drunk at night. 8 But not us! Since we’re creatures of Day, let’s act like it.
Walk out into the daylight sober, dressed up in faith, love, and the hope of
salvation. 9 God didn’t set us up for an angry rejection but for salvation by
our Master, Jesus Christ. 10 He died for us, a death that triggered life.
Whether we’re awake with the living or asleep with the dead, we’re alive
with him!
1 Thessalonians 5:5–10 MSG
– Your daily activity should come from your new identity.
 – Since we’re creatures of Day,
let’s act like it
1 Thessalonians 5:8
“The strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the
Pack.” – Rudyard Kipling
Wolves are both brave and nurturing. Which of those traits comes easier to
you? Which do you have a tougher time embodying?
Think about your “pack,” aka the people closest to you. What sort of
influence do you think they have on you?
What are some habits you could try to help you become who God says you

24 year old dude with not a clue what he's doing but God's grace continues to amaze me! Current Seminary student, avid adventure seeker, and getting married to the most humble, weird, and beautiful girl on the planet! Wasted a lot of years living what I thought was the "good life", then Christ showed me what living really is. I pray that my story can somehow help in whatever way possible, to give encouragement and hope that Christ can do the same with you.
